General
- This apartment is rented by the owners.
- This is a non-smoking place.
- Owner reserves the right to refuse booking at any moment if information reveals to be incorrect or false.
- Keys will not be given without presentation of signed contract and total rent payment.
- We provide internet access but not a computer, please bring your laptop or smart phone.
- Usually, deposit in case of damages will be doubled.
- Pets are not allowed .
- During your stay, the owners will be at your disposal for any questions you might have.
Information about the contact in Lima will be detailed in your contract. - The inventory of the apartment will be checked and signed
- Prohibited using in the apartment dangerous materials, drugs, or any situation that causes problems in the neighbors.
Arrivals and Departures
- Check-in / Check-out times:
- Check in: 1:00 pm
- Check out: 11:00 am
- If the guest need to check in before contact us in advance.
- Personalized arrangements are possible, please check with us first before booking.
- At the time and date of the guest’s arrival, the owner will be waiting for you at the apartment.
The guest will receive the keys of the apartment and all information related to the property. - Guests should leave the apartment in the same conditions of order and hygiene in which it was received.
- We will not take responsibility for the loss of any property during your stay in the apartment.
Guests are responsible for any damage at the apartment.
Payment
- An advance of 20% is required to secure the booking, to be paid by debit/credit card using Paypal
- Security deposit (250USD) this wil be returned during the check out after reviewing the inventory.
- The Client shall submit Total Rental payment upon arrival.
